Petregaz India, a subsidiary of Petredec Group, is pleased to announce the inauguration of its new LPG Import and Storage Terminal at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The newly commissioned facility enables Petregaz to deliver cost-effective, dependable solutions to LPG marketers as well as residential, commercial, industrial, and automotive customers. The Terminal is located within the Adani Krishnapatnam Private Port at Krishnapatnam, 25km from Nellore.
Design features of the Terminal:
- 2 x Refrigerated Storage Tanks – one each for Propane and Butane, each with 30,410 CBM capacity.
- 2 x Mounded Storage Tanks – each of 700 CBM capacity.
- Modern jetty with no congestion, capable of berthing all LPG Vessel types.
- 2 x 3km pipelines – one for Propane and one for Butane.
- Strategically located with excellent road connectivity to the hinterland of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
- 2 x Gantries (each of 8 x truck loading bays) – Quick turnaround of trucks and 5,000 MT LPG daily offtake capacity.
- 1.4 million MT annual handling capacity
- On-site Quality Control Laboratory – meeting guidelines as per OISD 113, fully equipped to perform all tests (as per IS 4576 and IS 14861, Automated Gas Chromatographs (GCs) and Sulphur Analysers).
